Roche Bobois opens first Australian store

Roche Bobois have opened their first and only Australian store in Roseville, Sydney, just in time to showcase their latest collection. The Paris-based furniture brand’s new designs take advantage of the shift in seasons, reinventing lines and curves while introducing new materials and bold colours.

A statement piece in the collection is the Bubble sofa, which boasts all-new Calin fabric upholstery that is exceptionally soft and comfortable to sit on. Designed by Sacha Lakic, the latest edition of the Bubble is available in several colours, including striking warm autumn hues, deep blue shades and neutral tones.

Portuguese visual artist Joana Vasconcelos selected the colour palette for the Bombom collection’s upholstery after being inspired by the pastel-hued houses in Lisbon’s Old Town. Crafted with style and functionality in mind, these sofas feature adjustable backs providing lounge users with the opportunity to tailor their seat to their own comfort level. The collection is highly versatile and can be enjoyed indoors and out, with a range of shapes and sizes on offer.

A new addition to the Roche Bobois range of modular sofas, the elegant Intervalle sofa, designed by Studio Roche Bobois, comes with a bouclé fabric upholstery that perfectly complements its base of bronze-toned brass. Separate lumbar cushions lend additional comfort.

Architect and designer Bina Baitel has dreamed up Perle, a sofa that features soft curves and an intricately woven back, creating an enchanting and whimsical feel. Upholstered in orsetto fabric, this charming seat is the ideal spot for unwinding and relaxing.
