Entries are now open for Australia’s longest running competition for emerging designers.
For 19 years, the Vivid Design Awards has endeavoured to unearth the newest talents across furniture, lighting and object design. The award has helped to kickstart the careers of many prominent Australian designers, including Nicole Monks, Edward Linacre, Adam Markowitz and Dale Hardiman.
The 2022 awards will take place at Decor and Design Melbourne, to be held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre from Thursday 14 July until Sunday 17 July, with the official awards ceremony taking place at 3pm on Thursday 14 July.
Decor and Design Melbourne 2022 will include a comprehensive exhibition of the interior products and furnishings, with special attention dedicated to eco-friendly design, furniture and recycled materials, reflecting the industry-wide trend towards more conscious living.
The program includes a seminar series at Decor and Design and the Australian International Furniture Fair.
