Meet Sofia – the new culinary appliance from Fulgor Milano

A newly launched Italian cooking surface combines functionality and style, allowing every level of chef to infuse a touch of Italy into their home.

On the gas stove, six burner positions are protected by heavy-duty cast iron grates. The grates have been designed to be completely flush against one another to ensure safety and efficiency when replacing pots and pans. With its dual integrated valves, the gas top is able to be adjusted to suit the specific requirements of the particular cuisine you are preparing.

Alternatively, the induction surface features EGO technology for energy efficiency, and a ceramic glass surface for easy wiping down. Sofia is also equipped with a touch display that links to the induction surface, offering customisable settings to assist users with perfecting different dishes.

The appliance features a 150L oven with dual convection technology for even baking, multi-level lighting for visibility and a soft-closing door to prevent slamming.
