Capral floor to ceiling windows and doors for Perth’s AT238 building

A new luxury apartment living complex in Perth’s historical hub, designed by SS Chang, has been completed at 238 Adelaide Terrace.

The 31-storey apartment complex, named AT238, houses 119 residences, as well as an indoor and outdoor gym, a steam room, 20 metre swimming pool, rooftop lounge and cinema, dog play area and dog wash, lounge and games room, and private dining room.

Floor to ceiling windows were integrated throughout the building to ensure each apartment maintained access to natural light, as well as visual exposure to the city. Choosing the right glazing and door systems for the building was particularly important, given the height and location of the building. Selected for its look and thermal performance – Capral’s Flushline window series was used, along with a suite of other Capral products including 225 Hinged Doors, 950 Sliding Windows, Ventus Louvre, 900 Series Sliding Door, 50 Series Awnings and Artisan Bifold Doors.

All Capral framing elements were locally supplied. To find out more about Capral’s window, door and framing systems, visit here.
