Recap: Home MuralFest by Void Projects (Part I)

During April’s Home Muralfest, 67 artists have come together / apart, across the globe, in a large collective effort to connect and create simultaneously regardless of locked location. As Void Projects said, “This project aimed to explore and utilise the limits that have restricted these artists from their seasonal outdoor escapades.”

Now we’re pleased to share with you some of the works the artists have produced in their respective space of isolation.

In light of the incredible response and wave of requests from artists, Void Projects have started an open initiative parallel to the curated festival in which any artist who wishes is welcomed to participate via Instagram. Artists are using the hashtag #Homemuralfest and in solidarity with anyone who is feeling inspired to paint a mural at home these days. Stay tuned on their Instagram page, as they will soon post works of anyone who uses the hashtag.
