Stuart Tanner elected Tasmanian chapter president

The Tasmanian chapter of the Australian Institute of Architects has announced Stuart Tanner has been elected chapter president.

Tanner is director of Tanner Architects, based in Hobart. He will assume the role from for the remainder of the 2021-2022 term from Craig Rosevear, who was elected chapter president in February 2021. Tanner will also be a councillor on the Institute’s national council.

“Stuart is a long-standing and valued contributor to the Tasmanian Chapter and we look forward to the enthusiasm and passion that he will bring to the position,” the chapter said.

“On behalf of the membership, we would like to congratulate Stuart on this appointment, and look forward to working with him to advance the profession in the coming months.”
